Enable rapid response and rescue operations if required

Provide access to nearby emergency services such as hospitals, police, and embassies

Location data may be collected even when the app is closed or not in use, solely to ensure continuous safety monitoring.

Enrollment Information

While enrolling for Global Security Card membership, you agree to provide accurate, honest, up to date, and complete information about you, your family members, and/or your business as requested by the enrollment application.

Payment and Billing

Global Security Card membership may be purchased with an American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card or major debit card. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge you an initial membership fee at our current rates as posted on the Site for the Global Security Card plan you request.

Limitation of Liability

Neither the Global Security Card, its affiliates nor any of its employees, agents, third-party content providers, member officers, manager or directors warrant that the services or the site will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services or the site, or as to the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, reliability, completeness or content of any information, or service, provided through the services and the site. The Global Security Card does not endorse products or services appearing on affiliates’ sites. Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that the Global Security Card is not responsible for any loss, property damage or bodily injury, whether caused by access to or use of the services or the site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Global Security Card, its officers, directors, managers, members, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against the Global Security Card by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, “Global Security Card,” the Global Security Card logo, button icons, images, source code, and audio/video clips is the property of the Global Security Card and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You may view or download copyrighted materials for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, display, distribute, transfer, link to, reproduce, license, frame, alter, create derivative works of or republish all or any portion of the Site for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent from the Global Security Card.
